4 steps to owning your Dream Drive campervan
1. Get a Quote
Customise your campervan to your own specs with our configurator. Dream Drive specialists will be in touch with you shortly afterwards.
2. Book a Meeting
Dream Drive specialists will provide you with an approximate delivery schedule, information on vehicle selection and parking registration, and discuss the payment process.
3. Register and Pay
You will submit the purchase form based on a fixed estimated fee. Once you have paid the deposits, Dream Drive will notify you of the delivery dates. The total purchase amount is divided into 3 payments.
4. Delivery Completed
The campervan is completed to meet your lifestyle and can be picked up at either Dream Drive Tokyo showroom or our Kanazawa show, or delivered to your home. It usually takes between 3 to 9 months to build your campervan. Please look forward to the completion of your campervan.
Support After Purchase
Dream Drive Warranty
Dream Drive offers a warranty on the furniture, electrical, interior, and paintwork for up to one year from the campervan delivery date. Paid repairs for campervans are possible for any campervans after the warranty period expires. Customers are required to bring their campervan to the Dream Drive showroom for repairs. Manufacturer Warranty
Apart from the Dream Drive 1 year warranty on the van conversion, vehicle manufacturers offer a warranty for new vehicles. The warranty period is three years from the date of delivery or 60,000 km, whichever comes first. Vehicle inspections can be carried out by the manufacturer for all new, used and BYO vehicles. Note: If you customised the vehicle yourself, it will not be eligible for vehicle inspection. (This includes removing the kitchen, or any other changes that would cause the campervan to lose its core functionality.)
