Dream Drive was born from the experiences of our founder, Jared, who has enjoyed van life in countries including the UK and Australia since his childhood. He even personally customized vans, which inspired the creation of Dream Drive. 

We take pride in offering campervans with warm and inviting interior designs, beautifully crafted using wood as a prominent feature.  

At Dream Drive, we are a team of individuals who embody a calm yet focused approach, with a passion for campervans. Our manufacturing team is responsible for furniture, interior design, painting, and electrical systems, all carried out with meticulous attention to detail.

At Dream Drive, we prioritise providing a great working environment for each and every team member.

Support for obtaining relevant qualifications or certifications

Biannual salary evaluations and annual bonuses (average of 2.5 months' salary)

Responsible for manufacturing quality, speed and product design as the head of Dream Drive manufacturing

Responsible for the production of wooden furniture, including kitchen counters and cabinets, which are core to the Dream Drive product.

Responsible for the assembly and installation of electronics systems as a lead electrical engineer

We are looking for interior, electrical, and furniture craftsmen for a campervan manufacturing company.
specifically,
・Furniture production
・Interior remodeling of vehicles
・Wiring/Installation of water facilities
・Paint work

We will ask you to work in one of these positions; campervan interior construction, electrical wiring, furniture-making, and paintwork.
We will place you in these positions based on your skills and experience.
We are open to anyone interested in our company. However, we are mainly looking for experienced workers because the job requires you to work spontaneously and independently with designing and building the van.
We will build the campervans as a team, looking for someone willing to work and communicate with others.

Requirements
・people who have at least 2 years of woodworking experience
・Experience in furniture production using decorative plywood
・Ability to use woodworking machines (lifting boards, trimming, etc.)
・someone who can work spontaneously
・someone who can work as a team
・someone who is willing to work in a global environment

Salary 
Monthly salary 220,000 yen - 260,000 yen (varies depending on experience)
Bonus (once a year, company average 2.5 months)
Salary increases and promotions are available (salary increase assessments are being conducted every 6 months)

Contract
No fixed term of contract

Work Schedule
Monday~Friday
9:00~18:00 (1-hour break, 8 hours of work) 

Overtime 
Some overtime work (overtime allowance paid separately)

Day off・Holiday
Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays
Summer Obon vacation
Christmas vacation

Trial Period
3 months (*There will be no change in conditions during the trial period)

Location
1-8-8 Iwato-Minami, Komae City, Tokyo
Access: 8 minutes on foot from Komae Station (Odakyu Line)

Social insurance (employee pension, unemployment insurance, health insurance, workers' accident compensation insurance)
